Shai Piro is an AcroDance, acrobatics and lifts instructor on the AcroNationTLV team in Tel Aviv, from the first partner lift to a whole choreography.
About Shai
Shai brings rich experience of working with couples to his classes, and among other things has worked with participants of "Dancing with the Stars". His strength is making complex movements accessible, with precise and safe technique and gradual building that suits every level. In his classes the world of AcroDance and the world of AcroYoga meet: lifts, pops and partner movement that become one flowing dance.
Shai's approach
Shai believes that even the most impressive exercise starts with one simple step. Every lift is built gradually: first stability, then confidence, and only at the end the "wow". The goal of every class is that you leave with one movement you didn't believe you could do, and an understanding of why you managed it.
What Shai specializes in
AcroDance
A mix of dance, lifts and partner acrobatics in one continuous movement.
Partner lifts
From the basic lift to impressive ones, built gradually and safely.
Acrobatics at height
Precise work above the ground, with close spotting.
Pops
Dynamics, timing and trust between the base and the flyer.
Partner choreography
Joining the elements into a complete partner sequence, for movement, for dance or for a performance.
