AcroYoga in Tel Aviv

Classes, private lessons and workshops for every level — on the beach, in the park and indoors. No experience needed, visitors welcome.

Looking for AcroYoga in Tel Aviv? You found it. AcroNationTLV runs acro yoga classes, private lessons and workshops across the city — English-friendly, open to all levels, and always happy to welcome visitors. Whether you're here for a weekend or here for good, there's a spot on the mat for you.

What is AcroYoga?

AcroYoga blends the mindfulness of yoga with the play of acrobatics — and glues it together with trust. It's practiced in small teams: the base supports from the ground, the flyer moves through poses in the air, and the spotter keeps everyone safe. Roles switch, laughter happens, and people who "could never do that" find themselves flying within one session.

Classes & Sessions

We keep the formats simple — pick what fits, or ask us and we'll recommend:

Private Lessons

One-on-one or small group, fully tailored to your level and goals. The fastest way to progress.

Couples Sessions

A date you'll actually remember — one of the best things to do in Tel Aviv for couples. No experience needed.

Group Workshops

Open-level workshops with a warm community vibe. Come alone or with friends — we pair everyone up.

Events & Team Building

We bring the mats and the energy to your office day, party or celebration — in Tel Aviv and across Israel.

AcroDance

Flowing lifts and partner movement where acrobatics meets dance — playful, elegant and very photogenic.

Perfect for visitors & internationals

Tel Aviv is full of people passing through and people just landing — and AcroYoga is one of the fastest ways to plug in. Tourists join us for a single class between beach days, digital nomads make us their weekly movement fix, and new olim meet half their social circle upside down at our sessions.

Sessions run comfortably in English, and we love practicing outdoors — think acro on the grass in a city park or on the sand as the sun drops into the Mediterranean. If you've been searching for "acroyoga Israel" from abroad, this is your soft landing.

No experience needed

Really — none. You don't need to be strong, flexible or brave. Every session starts from zero: we warm up, build trust, and progress one small step at a time with a spotter beside you throughout. Most first-timers are genuinely surprised by how much they can do in an hour. Your only job is to show up curious.

Meet the team

Three experienced instructors, one shared belief: everyone can fly.

Itamar Pinchas

Specializes in flows, Icarian and standing acro, and has taught at international acro festivals. Itamar breaks big moves into steps that just make sense.

Linoy Bibi

Focuses on strength and flexibility, and works as a sports therapist — so technique, safety and smart progress are built into every session she leads.

Shai Piro

Leads AcroDance and lifts, and has worked with 'Dancing with the Stars' contestants. If you want your acro to flow like choreography, Shai is your guy.

Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need experience to try AcroYoga?

No. Most people who join us have never done AcroYoga before. Every session starts from zero — we build up step by step with close spotting, so complete beginners feel safe and succeed on day one.

I'm visiting Tel Aviv — can I join a single class?

Absolutely. Drop-ins and one-off sessions are welcome, and you don't need a partner — we'll pair you up. Just message us on WhatsApp with your dates and we'll find a session that fits your trip.

Do you teach in English?

Yes. All our instructors teach comfortably in English, and mixed Hebrew-English groups are our everyday normal. You'll never feel lost in translation.

What should I wear?

Comfortable sportswear that isn't too loose — leggings or shorts and a fitted top work great. We practice barefoot on mats or grass. Bring water, and sunscreen for outdoor sessions.

How do I book?
