Beginners welcome
A private lesson is the softest possible entry into AcroYoga. There's no group to keep up with and no pace but your own — your instructor meets you exactly where you are, whether that's "I've never done anything like this" or "I want to polish my flows." Most first-timers are amazed at what they achieve in a single session when all the attention is on them.
Solo or couple — both work
Come alone and you'll practice hands-on with your instructor, who bases, flies and spots with you throughout. Bring a partner — your significant other, a friend, a training buddy, a family member — and we'll teach you as a pair, building skills you can keep practicing together long after the lesson ends. Neither option needs any prior experience.
What you'll learn
Every private lesson runs 60–90 minutes and follows a safe, step-by-step progression tailored to you:
Foundations
Body positioning, bone-stacking and communication basics — the technique that makes everything feel light.
Lifts & balances
Your first static poses — bird, throne and beyond — held with control and confidence.
Flows
Linking poses into smooth, moving sequences once the basics feel solid.
Spotting & safety
Close spotting the whole way through, so you can try more while risking less.
Where do lessons happen?
We teach in Tel Aviv and across the center of Israel — parks, the beach, rooftops and indoor spaces depending on weather and preference. The exact spot is coordinated with you when you book, so the location always fits your plans.
How to book
Everything runs through WhatsApp — no forms, no apps. Send us a message with what you're looking for (solo or couple, roughly when), and we'll reply within the day with available times and details. Prefer Hebrew? This page is also available on our Hebrew private lessons page.
